Thursday is nearly Friday! =D

Today I've made a few cards, and taken photos of the cards I'd realised I had missed! So, here is a biggish photo update for you all!

My friends Hollie and Rachel have just bought a house really near to me!! I'm so excited!! Now I'll get to meet thair puppy and play with him and walk him etc etc! I put together a little card to celebrate their new home.

I've cracked on and made another couple of Father's Day cards. The second card i have already posted, but I have since jazzed it up with a little bow so thought Id post it again =)

It's my Uncle's birthday in mid June and my Mam asked me to make a card for "Special Brother-in-Law." It was my first attempt at making a rosette and I have to say, I quite enjoyed it! Look out for more rosettes coming in the future!!

And this one I made for my friend at work. It's her birthday today so we've sat and ate those chocolate eclair sweets all morning haha!

Just to let you know that I am still here! I just suck at keeping up with this blog haha!! I made 3 cards yesturday, and took photos of them all, and then today decided to post them but oh no! I have left the USB cable at home =( I can't believe it!

Friday Feeling!!

Well, what a busy day it has been craft-wise today! Not long after I started work this morning, one of the women asked me if I could make her a card during the day so she could post it tonight. So during a spare hour this morning (while the boss was away!) I put together a cute little card for her.

Over my lunch break i got to work again, and have spent most of this very quiet afternoon crafting away =) I made my FIRST EVER Father's Day card ...

.... an Anniversary card for my Mam (which I might change as I am not too sure about it) ....

.... a birthday card for my Mam on behalf of my little brother ....

.... and a birthday card for my Dad from me!

I made another Father's Day card but it isn't quite finished yet, and I still have a fair few cards left on my list! I quite like having a list ... it makes me feel like my little business is real and it is actually taking off! I have to make birthday and fathers day cards for my Dad from my Mam and brother, then Father's Day cards for my Grandad from all of us, and Lisa has asked me to make a super-sized 40th birthday card for her sister and a Father's Day card for her Dad! Phew!!

Anniversary cards, round 1

So, it's my parents wedding anniversary next week and they've BOTH asked me to make cards for them! =D Today on my lunch break I started making my Dad's card. I need him to pick a verse and then I can put the insert in and it will all be finished.

Tomorrow I have top make one for my Mam. I will post pics when it is done =)

Lean, mean, card-making machine!!

Today at work I have made 5 cards!!!! One I made quickly this morning when I got in for someone who sadly lost their brother yesturday. I was then asked to make a further 3 "thinking of you" cards! It was bitter sweet as I was delighted to be getting business but sad that it was because someone had suffered a loss =\

While I was on lunch I also made a start on my Dad's birthday card to give to my Mam. It's practically finished, I just need to get him to chose a verse for the inside. (photos to come)

Im going home now to make another 3 cards!

A lunchtime lovely!

In between trying to arrange my future and eat my lunch, I managed to find time to make my Mam a cute birthday card. (Her birthday is the 18th.) She's a huge Eeyore fan and I've been holding onto this embellishment for months and months so I could use it for her birthday card haha!

I really like how it turned out, but it took me ages to put together! (I was having some issues with some double sided tape!) I can't wait to see her face when she opens it!

Ok, so i may have just spent £40 on craft supplies on Ebay ..... ooops!! But it's all stuff I need and so it will all get used. My poor debit card ...

Wedding Card

One of my friends is getting married soon, and I made this wedding card for her and her husband-to-be. It is my second wedding card! I really enjoy making them.

On my lunch break today i am going to make birthday crads for my Mam and finish the postcards I started ages ago!

Congratulations card

My boyfriends sister just won employee of the year! I can't believe it! So I've made her this small congratulations cardto say well done, her hard work has really paid off!

It's the first time I have ever used my new folding tags and I really like them! I will be using these more for sure!

New cards!!

Since it was a Bank holiday weekend and I had 3 days off work, I decided to make the most of my time off. I got some spring cleaning done, I had plenty r&r and I got cracking with some of my orders. I made 4 cards in total and everyone is highly satisfied so far! Here are some photos of my wares -

What do you think? I like how the two cricket cards complement each other. And the bottom card was my first attempt at decoupage! I haven to say it is something I will deffinately try again!
